Taste typical local dishes (Tuscan-Siennese) in the welcoming surroundings of our dining rooms and large summer garden, accompanied by the premium wines that have always been produced in Tuscany, such as the Chianti Classico, the Nobile di Montepulciano and the Brunello di Montalcino.

La Mencia is also a Pizza Restaurant.

The Oliviera Sala (the Olive Grove Room) is a renovated wine-cellar, providing a very suggestive setting for lunches, dinners and ceremonies among the brick arches and columns.

The room also hosts our wine selection, where you can choose from among our numerous labels. The verandah, overlooking the garden, is a small, cosy and intimate room.

The main room gives onto the courtyard of historical Asciano centre on one side and the garden on the other.

It has an open fire that is always lit in the winter, lending a romantic atmosphere to the room.

Lastly, the garden is perfumed with the scents of jasmin and laurel, ideal for relaxed summer evenings.
